hv been trying so hard to undergo healthy eatings but it seems harder. hv bought myself brown bread, brown rice, wholesome pack of nuts, wheat crackers. well they re tasteless for sure, but the fact s that i still keep eating snacks,gross!
i hv never been a good cook i know, yet for today's lunch i prepare roasted sandwich which s not that bad compare to the ones at the school cafetaria,nyeheheh. for the fillings i used, ham with honey, spinach and corn, lots of grated cheese, pinch of salt and pepper.voila!
